[cram-developers] Pull Requests to cram-code

Hi Gaya,

I guess the following should work fine:
 - keep your local checkout of cram-code
 - deleting your moesenle-forked remote
 - locally remove your moesenle-forked remote
 - fork the cram-code repo
 - add your new fork as origin
 - pull --rebase
 - pray ;)

I guess we should not overload Lorenz with maintenance requests/work.
Hence, this suggestion.
