[Cram-developers] CRAM Tutorial Ecosystem

Dear CRAMmers,

following a good point of Georg, I moved the CRAM tutorial ecosystem to 
the cram-code GitHub organization. You can find it at 
https://github.com/cram-code/cram_tutorial_ecosystem .

A more elaborate documentation and guidelines of how to build software 
upon this ecosystem will follow in the near future.
