[cram-developers] bug-fix for roslisp

Hi all,

Gaya and me discovered a tiny bug in roslisp which could lead to errors
when trying to compile catkinized packages which have un-resolvable
dependencies. gsll --one of our 3rd party libs-- is such a use-case. I
already pushed a fix upstream. Hence, I recommend using the newest
checkout from github.com/ros/roslisp until a new debian release of
roslisp is out.
